You'll always lose some to birds, some won't germinate and you'll still have plenty to come up and make a nice, new lawn. Gilbert Street. As you might be able to tell, it's not the nice, pretty wood chip kind, but a mixture of chipped wood, leaves, pine needles, and other miscellaneous stuff. Whatever works!
